The meeting was organized on Monday, March 4, at one of the local hotels. Upon arrival, the police arrested the sex workers. They turned out to be 18-year-old Anna Britousova and 23-year-old Olga Puchkova. They stripped down to their underwear, and there was a box of three condoms on the bed.

It is clarified that the Russians were charged with illegally obtaining benefits from prostitution. They face imprisonment for up to one month, a fine of up to one thousand baht (2.5 thousand rubles) or both.

Earlier, four Russian tourists were detained at one of Phuket’s villas for illegal gambling. The police did not find any money in the house, but seized chips worth about ten thousand dollars (about 880 thousand rubles).
