In total, 15 developers from the regions are currently engaged in the construction of residential real estate in the capital
According to the results of the first quarter of 2024, the share of regional developers in the capital’s housing market amounted to 20% of the total. This indicator has doubled over the year, analysts of the real estate company NDV Supermarket of Real Estate told RBC-Real Estate.
The company clarified that 15 regional developers are engaged in the construction and implementation of projects in Moscow at the end of the quarter. Among them are developers from St. Petersburg, Krasnodar Territory, Sverdlovsk Region, Arkhangelsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, Bashkiria, Voronezh, Novosibirsk, Tyumen and Ulyanovsk regions, analysts said.
According to NDV Supermarket of Real Estate, 87 projects from developers from the regions are presented at the exposition in the primary market of the Moscow region, of which 65% are in the comfort class. The main entry point for regional developers are projects for the integrated development of territories, the realtors specified.

Analysts at Metrium recently named developers with the highest revenue from the sale of housing in Moscow. According to the results of the first quarter of 2024, the top three leaders in terms of sales in the capital were GC PIK, Donstroy and Etalon.
