The head of the Department of Repair and Construction Management of Mosvodokanal JSC, Airat Maratovich Salakhetdinov, passed the semi-finals of the IV All-Russian Management Competition “Leaders of the construction industry”.
Airat Maratovich Salakhetdinov was born in Moscow on November 03, 1994. He graduated from the Bachelor’s degree at the Moscow State University of Civil Engineering with a specialization in Water Supply and Sanitation, and a master’s degree at the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia in the field of State and Municipal Management. He is a finalist in this competition in 2023 and decided to prove himself this year as well.
The All-Russian management Competition “Leaders of the construction industry” is an open competition for managers among representatives of the construction industry who have experience working in government or commercial organizations in the construction sector in leadership positions at various levels.
The competition is designed to help identify promising managers and gain new knowledge, skills and practical experience. The competition is held by the All-Russian Center for National Construction Policy, with the support of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, as well as relevant ministries and departments, industry institutes, associations and unions.
The purpose of the competition is to identify and support the leaders of organizations and enterprises in the construction and housing and communal services industries, increase the prestige of these industries in Russian society through public demonstration of professional achievements and leadership qualities of the managers participating in the Competition.
The results of the Competition: to form a personnel reserve of the management personnel of the industry, the creation of expert working groups for the sustainable development of the industry. The winners of the competition are a professional community of talented and promising managers.
In 2024, 18,438 people from 73 regions of the Russian Federation took part. Of these, there are 14 Republics, 3 autonomous districts, 7 territories, 46 regions and 3 cities, as an independent subject of the Russian Federation. Representatives of more than 10 foreign countries will take part in the face-to-face final events of the competition: China, Myanmar, Iran, South Africa, Turkey, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Mongolia, Cuba, the UAE and others.
The largest number of participants are from Moscow and the Moscow Region, the Republic of Tatarstan, St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District, the Krasnodar Territory and the Omsk Region.
Out of more than 18 thousand participants, only 300 people made it to the semifinals.
The face-to-face final (including group and individual assessment events, foresight sessions with the participation of key persons of the construction industry of the Russian Federation) and the solemn awarding of the winners of the IV All-Russian Management Competition “Leaders of the Construction Industry” this year will traditionally be held on the eve of Builder’s Day, from August 8 to 11 in the hero city of Volgograd in the Volgograd Arena”.
