The demolition of a wooden building will cost from 5 thousand rubles per square meter. That is, with an area of 200 “squares”, dismantling will cost about 1 million rubles. As for the overhaul and “remodeling” of an old house, this is a very time—consuming, costly and unpredictable process.

Therefore, the restoration of an old house in 60% of cases will cost even more than the demolition and construction of a new one.
