Минфин сообщил о продлении семейной ипотеки до 2030 года

The Family Mortgage program, which was supposed to end on July 1, 2024, will be extended until 2030. For families with children under six years of age, the current conditions and the rate of 6% will apply. At the same time, the basic parameters of the program will be preserved, according to the website of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation.

According to preliminary calculations, this year the additional federal budget expenditures on the program related to its extension and an increase in the key rate will amount to approximately 260 billion rubles. The total projected expenditure figure, taking into account the extension of the program until 2030, is 1.5 trillion rubles. These program costs will depend on the trajectory of the key rate, the ministry said.
