Yakimanka district took the first place among the locations of Old Moscow in terms of the average price growth of 1 sq. m. m in new business-class buildings for the year, calculated for “RBC-Real Estate” platform analysts bnMAP.pro .

In the second decade of May 2024, the average price of a “square” in Yakimanka for this segment was 1.14 million rubles. — 57.1% more than in the same period last year

The second place was taken by the Sviblovo district with an increase in the average price of 1 sq. m. m by 40.5%, up to 560.4 thousand rubles. The Academic District is in the third position with an increase of 33.2%, to 697.5 thousand rubles.
