September 16 – round table “Between bakeries and PVZ: how commercial real estate develops in new buildings”

According to the St. Petersburg Real Estate Consulting Center (part of the Setl Group), in the first half of 2024, the supply of built-in commercial premises in residential complexes in St. Petersburg decreased. Together with housing, they flow into the regional suburbs — if we consider the total supply in the agglomeration, it has increased by 28%. At the same time, tenants for embedded commerce began to be located faster. We will talk about what is happening in the commercial real estate market in the areas of new buildings at the round table.

Questions for discussion:

How is the market of built-in commercial premises developing in St. Petersburg and in the suburbs? What is the difference? What types of businesses (bakeries, bakeries, shops, salons, etc.) are currently most in demand in new buildings? What is missing and how can these tenants be attracted? How to plan a competent set of tenants so that residents are provided with everything? Who manages commercial real estate in new buildings? How have the preferences of tenants of built-in commercial real estate in residential complexes changed in recent years? What are the prospects for commercial premises in new residential areas as an investment tool? What factors influence the speed of finding tenants for embedded commercial premises? How does the development of infrastructure (schools, kindergartens, transport) around new buildings affect the attractiveness of commercial areas? Large formats of commercial real estate in new construction areas: detached business centers, shopping malls, etc. The future of street retail in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region?

Developers, commercial real estate brokers, street retail management companies, market experts, representatives of retail chains, catering, and marketplaces are invited to participate.

The round table will be held at 16:00 / September 16, 2024
