Rossiya Airlines (Aeroflot Group) resumes direct scheduled flights between Moscow and Murmansk in the summer. The first flight from the Russian capital to the main city of the northern region this season will take place on June 7, 2024. Thanks to these flights, residents of the Murmansk region and its environs will be able to quickly get to Moscow, and residents of the capital will be able to spend their summer holidays on the shores of the White Sea. In Murmansk, tourists will be able to see the first nuclear icebreaker “Lenin”, go on a boat trip to watch whales, get acquainted with the culture of the indigenous inhabitants – the Sami and Pomors.
Flights will be operated daily. Flight SU/FV6477 will depart from Moscow at 07:10 a.m. local time and land at Murmansk Airport at 09:45 a.m. Flight SU/FV6478 departure from Murmansk is scheduled for 10:45 a.m., return to Moscow at 13:10. Superjet 100 aircraft in a two-class layout, designed for 87 passenger seats, will operate on this line.
