The Golyanovo and Perovo districts became the leaders in the number of buildings registered for renovation in January — May of this year with an indicator of 13 MCD. Two apartment buildings were registered in the Novogireevo district, another 13 districts of the capital had one building each.
In May 2024, three apartment buildings with a total area of 67.2 thousand square meters were put on cadastral registration. One building is located in the Novogireevo district, the second in the Yuzhnoportov district, and the third in Babushkinsky, the Rosreestr said.

The renovation program in Moscow takes place in three stages: the first includes the years 2020-2024, the second — 2025-2028, and the third — 2029-2032. In total, the program includes 5,175 houses with more than 350 thousand apartments with a total area of 16.4 million square meters.
According to the Moscow Construction Complex, in 2024 it is planned to put into operation about 1.5 million square meters under the renovation program in Moscow. m of housing.
