Long—term rental housing in the largest cities of Russia has risen in price by 20 percent over the year – up to an average of 30,000 rubles per month.
“In general, prices for long-term rental housing in Russia increased by 20% compared to April 2023. Only objects with four rooms or more have fallen in price — from 170 to 150 thousand rubles per month (-12%),” Konstantin Kamenev, head of the long—term rental category of Avito Real Estate, told RIA Real Estate.
According to Avito, which analyzed 39 Russian cities, studios and one—room apartments rose in price by 25%, two—room apartments – by 17%, three-room apartments – by 2%.
According to the average rental price, Moscow (80 thousand rubles), Sochi (55 thousand), Khabarovsk (45 thousand) and St. Petersburg (35 thousand) are the leaders.
