On June 24, 2024, 44 Moscow theaters will open their doors to everyone. The action “Open Day” is timed to coincide with the 30th anniversary of the Russian National Theater Award and the Golden Mask Festival and is held on the initiative of the Union of Theatrical Figures of the Russian Federation.
The audience will get acquainted with the theatrical world in different ways: some theaters conduct tours of the theater building and its backstage, others offer to attend an open rehearsal of the play, attend a run of the play before the premiere, an interactive game or conduct master classes in acting for guests.
To participate in the promotion, visitors need to pre-register electronically on the websites of theaters. We highly recommend registering as soon as possible, as the number of seats at each of the events is limited. A list of all theaters participating in the Open Day is available on the official portal of the Union of Theatrical Figures of Russia.
