More than 6,000 real estate market participants will discuss current development issues in Sochi

More than 6,000 people from Russia and CIS countries will take part in the fifth anniversary real estate forum “Movement”, which will be held in Sochi from June 18 to 21.

Top managers of the largest development companies in Russia will share their expertise at the forum: GC GloraX, “Airplane”, Dogma, GC Exactly, holding Setl Group, “Lingonberry”, GC SSK, “Donstroy”, GC KORTROS. Among the participants of the plenary session are Nikita Stasishin, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing of the Russian Federation, Sergey Pakhomov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services, Alexey Krukovsky, General Director of the Lingonberry company, and Ildar Khusainov, General Director of the Etagi company. According to Ilya Piskulin, the founder of the Movement, this year the state corporation DOM.RF joined the development of the educational and business program of the jubilee forum for the first time.

In total, the forum will have about 20 venues with business and informal activities. The speakers of the forum included: Anastasia Maslekha — General Director of the Precisely Group, Andrey Ivanenko — General Director of the Airplane Group, Karima Nigmatulina — General Director and shareholder of ASTERUS, Vladimir Mikhailov and Aidar Miftakhov — founders of the Authors development company, Mark Zavodovsky and Alexey Bass — founders of Baza Development, and Dmitry Kashinsky is the president of GloraX.

Each day of the business program of the forum will end with a headlining speaker – Ksenia Sobchak will speak on the theme “Personal brand of a developer”, Sergey Minaev will headline the sections “Marketing” and “Sales”, among the speakers are also designer Artemy Lebedev and the founder of the communication agency SETTERS Alexandra Zharkova. The program will be complemented by performances by well-known business coaches: Igor Ryzov, an international expert in negotiation, Vladimir Yakub, a practitioner of the “reality” genre and Valentin Shishkin, a specialist in kinetics and non-verbal communications.
