June 28 — round table: “Problems and prospects for the development of creative industries”

Creative industries are industries based on the creation and use of intellectual property. They include various activities related to art, culture, media and entertainment. According to some sources, the creative industries market in Russia is estimated at several hundred billion rubles. They have their own problems, among which there is a lack of funding and support from the state and private investors, competition with large companies, lack of infrastructure, as well as gaps in legislation in the field of copyright and intellectual property. We will discuss how the creative industry is developing in St. Petersburg at the round table.
