According to Izvestia, residents of Moscow (893,124) are most eager to relax this summer — more than 25% of the total amount of clicks on the 10 leaders of the rating. In second place are residents of the Krasnodar Territory. They were interested in a place to relax in the presented locations 241,111 times. The three most “tired” regions are closed by St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region with an indicator of 222,958 units. Next, the Rostov region — 131,591 requests. In fifth place are residents of Yekaterinburg and Sverdlovsk region, who were looking for a vacation location among the presented destinations 68,215 times in May. Then the Nizhny Novgorod region — 59,534 clicks. The Republic of Tatarstan is only slightly behind — 56,876 requests.
“It is interesting that residents of the capitals most often look for locations in their region. Based on the data provided, we conclude that most of the requests are related to domestic travel. In addition, residents of the south are looking for places to relax near the house: they do not have far to go to the main seaside resorts. And Yekaterinburg residents, Nizhny Novgorod residents and residents of Tatarstan tend to go on vacation away from their hometown — mainly in Sochi, where opportunities for resort, mountain, balneological and event tourism are combined,” said Elena Kabesheva, commercial director of the resort real estate developer FIVE.
