“The area of apartments (excluding the areas of balconies, loggias, terraces, cold storerooms and apartment vestibules) should be at least 28 square meters for one—room apartments, including apartments in which the living room is not separated by internal partitions from the kitchen, and at least 44 square meters for two-room apartments,” the statement says. the resolution.
The new rules began to take effect on August 1. In May 2024, Moskomexpertiza sent out an information letter stating that negative conclusions would be issued for construction projects for the construction of apartments with an area of less than 28 squares.
