In particular, she owns the Aquarelle shopping center in Pushkin, Volgograd, Tolyatti near Moscow, and the Troika complex in Moscow, checkout areas in Auchan hypermarkets. A possible contender for them is the logistics operator Lidertrans from Tatarstan. “In accordance with the requirements of the government commission, when selling assets by foreign owners from unfriendly countries, the discount from the market value should be at least 50%,” recalled Mikael Ghazaryan, head of the Capital Markets and Investment Department at IBC Real Estate.
In addition, players leaving Russia must pay a contribution of 15% of the market value of assets to the budget, Kazyaran said.
