By 2030, the housing area in Russia should be increased to 38 square meters. m per person — these are the specified requirements for housing provision within the framework of the Presidential Decree on the national development goals of the Russian Federation. This was stated by Nikita Stasishin, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services, speaking at the plenary session of the Movement forum, which took place in Sochi in June and gathered more than 6,000 participants.

The Deputy Minister also made a number of important statements on measures to support the construction of social infrastructure and subsidizing project financing. Sergey Pakhomov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services, Alexey Krukovsky, General Director of the Lingonberry company, Ildar Khusainov, General Director of the Floors company, also participated in the plenary session of the Movement. For the first time, the state corporation DOM.RF took part in the creation of the business and educational program of the fifth forum.

In total, about 6,000 representatives of the construction industry took part in the forum, including developers, architects, bankers, realtors, manufacturers of building materials and equipment, as well as representatives of the public sector. “If earlier the participants built a dialogue in the B2B format, this time we witnessed a public-private partnership. Representatives of the State Duma and the Ministry of Construction joined the opening ceremony of the forum,” commented Ilya Piskulin, founder of the real estate forum Movement.

About a fifth of the total number of participants were top managers, of which about a quarter were CEOs. The forum was also attended by about 120 deputy general directors, 175 commercial and 80 financial directors, as well as 360 heads of other departments (development, sales, etc.) of companies. Most of the participants (about a thousand people) came to the forum from Moscow, Krasnodar (about 500 delegates) and Yekaterinburg (almost 400 participants) were also represented on a large scale. The geography of the participants stretched from Simferopol and Taganrog to Blagoveshchensk and Vladivostok, among the international participants, representatives of development from Belarus, Turkey, Indonesia (Bali) and the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) can be noted.
