A small apartment is a popular option for both living and investment. But which layout should I choose: a fashionable “all in one” or a traditional “room plus kitchen”? We tell you under what circumstances you should still prefer the classics.

You can retire to the kitchen with a working laptop or TV without disturbing the person resting in the room. You’re going to cook. Homemade food is both cheaper and healthier than purchased, and for many, cooking is a favorite hobby that you don’t want to part with.
