Azimut Airlines will operate direct scheduled flights from Moscow to Kutaisi. The first flight from the Russian capital to a major Georgian city is scheduled to take place on July 2, 2024. The flights are scheduled for the summer navigation period – October 25, 2024.
The plane will run between airports 2 times a week — on Tuesdays and Fridays. Flight A47071 will depart from Moscow’s Vnukovo Airport at 07:10 a.m. local time and land at Kutaisi Airport at 11:45 a.m. The return flight A47072 will depart from the Georgian city at 12:45 and return to Moscow at 15:25. On this route, passengers will be transported by a Russian-made SSJ-100 liner.
Tickets for these flights are already on sale on the airline’s official website and with agents. A one-way flight at the most affordable fare costs about 8000 rubles.
Starting from 2023, Azimut Airlines has been operating flights to several Georgian airports: to Tbilisi — from Moscow (Vnukovo), Mineralnye Vody, Sochi, Ufa and St. Petersburg, to Batumi – from Moscow (Vnukovo).
