August 14 — round table “Business class and above: what is happening in the expensive real estate market of St. Petersburg”

Business class apartments in St. Petersburg for the first half of the year rose in price by an average of 9%, to 382 thousand rubles per square meter, and luxury housing became more expensive by 11% — one meter will cost an average of 562 thousand rubles here. In just six months, 1.7 thousand business class apartments and 780 objects in the elite segment were sold. The Vyborg district was in the first place in terms of demand from business class buyers, and the Central One was in terms of prices. In the elite segment, the leadership in prices is also held by the Central District, and the demand is highest in Petrogradsky.

We will talk about what developers offer and what buyers choose in the most expensive housing segments at the round table.

We invite you to discuss the following issues at the round table:

How do you assess the results of the first 7 months in the business and elite class housing market? What is the ratio of supply and demand? Are there new facilities on the market? Are customer requests changing in these segments? How does the product offered by developers change in accordance with this? How do you assess the geography of business class and elite buildings? How does it change? What is new and interesting on the market in expensive segments: unusual apartment formats, lobby design, services for residents? How are the business class and elite segment represented in the apartment market? What kind of apartment is this? Is there a demand for 5-star service apartments? Is there competition from suburban facilities? The secondary market in business class and luxury real estate – what is happening in it? The future of business class and luxury housing: how will the market develop?

Developers of business class and luxury housing projects, real estate agencies, and market experts are invited to participate in the round table.

According to the results of the round table, publication on the website is planned

The round table will be held at 12:00 / August 14, 2024
