American writer, daughter of actor and politician Arnold Schwarzenegger and journalist Maria Shriver – Catherine Schwarzenegger will soon become the mother of another child! The author of the book “Good Night, Sister,” who recently turned 34, and her husband Chris Pratt are expecting the birth of their third child.
Schwarzenegger recently shared photos from a family outing on Friday. She captioned the post: “I’m happy with things like a cloudy morning and a visit to the barn.” In the first photo, she is depicted in a black hoodie, standing with her back to the camera.
The couple already have two children: Eloise Christina, who is 2 years old, and Laila Maria, who is 3 years old. Chris Pratt, a 45-year-old Marvel actor, is also raising 11-year-old son Jack from his marriage to Anna Faris.
In March 2023, as part of the DSW “Best Striker” event dedicated to women’s History Month, Schwarzenegger, then a mother of two children, spoke about the difficulties of balancing various areas of her life.
During an interview with host Katie Knight, she shared her opinion on the importance of asking for help. “I believe in it. On social networks, you often see moms who say, ‘I do everything myself,’ but I don’t think so,” Schwarzenegger admitted.
She added: “I want to be able to lean on my sister, mom, and friends. I try to be honest and say, ‘I can’t do this today. My baby is sick. Her teeth are bothering her, and I have to be with her.’
“It’s important to be honest that you don’t have to do everything yourself. It’s okay to rely on the help of others. It is especially important for women who combine several roles to admit: ‘I need help,’ and this is quite normal,” she stressed.
