Vladivostok is the leader in rates: in the capital of Primorsky Krai, daily rent is 34% more expensive than in Moscow: 6.3 thousand rubles and 4.7 thousand rubles, respectively. The city also ranks first in terms of rate growth — by 60% since the beginning of the year, the study emphasizes. Analysts explain that September is traditionally the highest tourist season for this city due to the climatic features of Primorye. An additional influx is provided by the Eastern Economic Forum, which is being held here in early autumn.

Zelenogradsk (5.4 thousand rubles per day), Gelendzhik (5.3 thousand rubles) and Sochi (5 thousand rubles) are also ahead of the capital in terms of rates. These cities are also among the locations with faster rates of growth.

From January to September 2024, the average daily rental rate increased by 13% to 3.5 thousand rubles per day in Russia on average, analysts say. Gelendzhik, which is in demand among holidaymakers in August and September, ranks second after Vladivostok: from January to September, the increase here was 30%. You can rent a one-room apartment here for 5.3 thousand rubles per day.

Zelenograd is in third place with an indicator of 28%. The interest in this city is explained by the combination of the maritime climate and the variety of sightseeing routes. In September, daily rent here will cost 5.4 thousand rubles.

Nizhny Novgorod is in fourth place with a 25% increase in the rate, to an average daily 4.1 thousand rubles. Analysts especially note this city, considering that it has become a very popular location for weekend trips (having overtaken Kazan and Makhachkala, which were previously the most popular in this regard).
