A new job search service in construction and real estate will be launched in Russia

A new job search service in the field of construction and real estate is planned to be launched on the portal “Movement.” — this was announced at the opening of the fifth real estate forum “Movement” in Sochi. It is also planned to form a new industry rating “Top 100 development companies in Russia” according to criteria that will allow not only the largest developers to participate in it, but also smaller market players.

The rating is planned to be thematic — in 2024 it will be a “Breakthrough”. Everything that the development company has done to work more effectively in the market, improve the quality of its projects, accelerate construction, launch new technologies, increase work volumes, etc. will be taken into account. All breakthroughs in business scaling, improvement of various indicators, unusual managerial and financial decisions, as well as innovations in products and activities of companies are taken into account.

As Ilya Piskulin, founder of the real estate forum “Movement”, noted, most often the top lines of the ratings are occupied by large developers building large-area projects in different regions. At the same time, small companies with smaller construction volumes do not get into the top, although they can demonstrate high quality construction, innovative approaches to work and high corporate culture. “We want these companies to also get a chance to be recognized, and our rating gives them this chance,” Piskulin said.

The companies will be evaluated by four juries at once: national (on the rating website), expert (200 participants in the construction industry), analytical (analytical center “Movement.“) and in the final — editorial. All the assessments at different stages together will determine the company’s position in the rating. The results will be announced in February 2025.

As for the job search service, it should help employees and companies in the field of development meet, making job search and filling vacancies more targeted.
