➔ JA The Resort — the largest resort complex in Dubai. It includes three hotels that operate under the All Inclusive system: JA Lake View Hotel, JA Palm Tree Court and JA Beach Hotel. All of them are suitable for family holidays. Guests can head to any of the 25 restaurants and lounges, play golf or tennis, learn diving or horse riding basics, do water sports or relax at the spa. Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites is a luxury hotel with Turkish hospitality and six restaurants of different cuisines. Guests can relax on the private beach or at the Anjana Spa with a wide range of wellness and relaxing treatments. Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort is a 5* hotel with a large beach, five pools (including an indoor children’s pool), a fitness center, a spa center and its own water park. Jungle Bay Waterpark will be a great place for a family holiday — there are slides for visitors of all ages, a pool with artificial waves and a water playground. The hotel also offers a water sports center with a wide range of activities.

Hotel Riu Dubai is a family—run hotel with lots of entertainment. There are several restaurants at guests’ disposal — they specialize in Italian, Asian and Lebanese cuisine.

Water parks: entertainment for the whole family
Water parks are one of the most visited attractions in Dubai, they are especially popular with family tourists. What could be better on a hot summer day than water rides and slides?
● Aquaventure — the world’s largest water park, located on the territory of the Atlantis resort, The Palm. It offers 105 slides and water attractions. Fans of adrenaline will definitely like the Leap of Faith attraction, a kind of business card of the water park. The length of the slide is not so long, but the descent begins from an almost vertical section, and continues through a transparent tunnel laid through a lagoon with sharks and rays. An unforgettable experience is guaranteed! Another attraction for connoisseurs of extreme sports is Poseidon’s Revenge: tourists will stand on a transparent hatch to unexpectedly fall down and rush through a winding pipe with many turns.

● AquaFun is the largest inflatable water park in the Middle East, located right in the sea. If you look at the complex from a height, you can see that its structures form the word Dubai. Tourists will find a huge obstacle course (its area is 2,700 square meters) with water slides, ladders, trampolines, horizontal bars, bridges and ramps. You can arrange a real race to the finish line or just enjoy the sea and the sun.

● Legoland Water Park is a themed water park on the territory of the Dubai Parks and Resorts entertainment complex. This is a great place to stay with children from 2 to 12 years old. The water park is divided into age zones: The Duplo Splash Safari is suitable for the youngest, and other attractions are designed for older guests. For example, a high-speed Wave Rider slide with a descent into the pool, or an exciting Build-A-Boat attraction, where you need to build a boat yourself and launch it into the water.

● Splash Pad is a water park for children from one to 12 years old, located on The Beach promenade. There are slides, rides, fountains and trampolines. Professional rescuers look after the young visitors. The water park also provides a child care service, so parents can go to a restaurant on the waterfront or go shopping.

Entertainment for children of all ages and for every taste
In addition to water parks, small and not so tourists are waiting for other entertainment! For example, the free Modesh World theme park who works at the Dubai World Trade Centre business center every summer. Educational workshops, attractions, an ice cream museum, play areas and contests with prizes are waiting for children. There is a food court on site where you can dine at one of the international restaurants. This season, the park is open until August 18.
At the TR88HOUSE amusement park on Bluewaters Island, you can experience completely new sensations: visit the fluorescent jungle, experience an adrenaline rush in a trampoline park, play golf in complete darkness and go on an adventure in one of the attractions. Guests can dine at the Hive Food Court — there are 6 restaurant areas with a kitchen for every taste and a children’s menu.
And the interactive museum of OliOli invites young guests to themed water galleries — here you can dance in the rain, launch a giant soap bubble, build a river dam and even wash your car. All this, of course, in the issued raincoats! Unique keepsake photos are guaranteed.
IMG Worlds of Adventure: Dubai’s largest theme park
IMG Worlds of Adventure attractions are based on Marvel comics and Cartoon Network cartoons. The theme park is divided into six zones — for example, there is a Marvel zone where you can meet Spider-Man, Thor and Loki, the Lost Valley zone with life-size dinosaur models and the Avengers zone. The area of the park is 28 football fields, so tourists will need comfortable shoes.
Extreme athletes will surely enjoy the Velociraptor attraction, a roller coaster that accelerates to 100 km/ h in 2.5 seconds and sweeps through the scenery of the prehistoric jungle at breakneck speed. Young guests can participate in the battle of cartoon characters on the 5D Ben 10 – Hero Time attraction, admire dinosaurs from a trailer styled like a land rover (Forbidden Territory attraction) and dance with Cartoon Networks characters. And older guests can go to solve the riddles of the haunted hotel at The Haunted Hotel attraction.
IMG Worlds of Adventure Theme Park is open daily from 12:00 to 22:00. The ticket price is 345 dirhams per person, admission is free for children under 105 cm tall. For 725 dirhams, you can purchase an annual pass, and for 7,350 dirhams — a VIP package with individual services and queue-free access to all the attractions of the park.
