
According to the press service of the Yekaterinburg City Hall, in the first half of this year the city received over 900,000 tourists. This is 31% higher than the tourist flow for the same period a year earlier.
So, from January to July 2024, 908,700 tourists visited the Ural capital. June became the most popular month among the guests of Yekaterinburg: 165,900 people arrived in the city.
Most often, guests from Bashkiria, Perm Krai, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, Tyumen, Kurgan and Chelyabinsk regions arrived in Yekaterinburg. There were also tourists from Moscow and St. Petersburg.
The most popular cultural event among tourists since the beginning of the year has been the Ural Music Night festival.
