The Prince Vladimir liner will not enter international routes in 2024

Prince Vladimir's Lainer won't be on international routes in 2024

Лайнер «Князь Владимир» не выйдет на международные маршруты в 2024 году

The Prince Vladimir liner will not run on the Sochi– Sukhum–Sochi international route this year. This information to the journalist TourDom.ru representatives of the operator “Black Sea Cruises”, which manages the ship, confirmed: “There are no such plans at the moment. Things may change in the future.”

Questions about the future of the company arose after the inclusion of the cruise operator in the list of companies wishing to withdraw from the association “Tour Assistance” by returning their membership fees. Black Sea Cruises reported that this decision is due to the fact that “the company does not plan to provide services in the field of outbound and inbound tourism.”

However, at the moment it is not possible to book other cruises on the company’s website, for example on domestic routes, which this season could be used by the ship instead of the canceled one. As explained in the company, the booking system is frozen, since in general the decision on navigation in 2024 has not yet been made.

According to our sources in the agencies selling cruises, they were guided by the fact that the liner would start cruising on June 29. This information was announced a little earlier. There were requests for sea trips to Abkhazia last year. But this year they have not yet been offered to tourists, as they were waiting for specifics from the operator of Prince Vladimir.

Other representatives of the travel industry say that they were not going to include cruises on this ship in the list of those offered to tourists, even if the operator made a positive decision – the reason for this is a series of cancellations in previous navigations.

Earlier TourDom.ru He wrote that Abkhazia hoped for the development of cruise tourism on the liner “Prince Vladimir” and other ships.
