A flight from Ufa to Thailand is delayed by almost 15 hours due to unforeseen circumstances.

Red Wings flight WZ 3047, which was scheduled to depart for Phuket (Thailand) today at 09:30, has already been postponed several times. The departure was postponed first to 14:30, then to 20:00, the next time, which is indicated on the airport scoreboard, is 12 a.m.

As she told the portal TourDom.ru the travel agent, whose tourists are waiting to board the plane, representatives of the airline did not immediately come out to the passengers. People had to be nervous, as there was no information about the reasons for the delay. 

Nevertheless, closer to lunch, all passengers were provided with hot meals and drinks. Nonresidents were offered accommodation in a hotel in Ufa. 

As tourists say, the liner cannot take off for technical reasons. It is promised. that the malfunction of the aircraft will be eliminated by midnight.

Earlier we wrote that travel agents were only warned at the last moment about the cancellation of the flight from Moscow to Egypt. Tourists from the Far East, who bought a ticket with the specified flight, found out about the change in the schedule too late and arrived in the capital in vain.

UPD: An official comment was received from Red Wings: “The flight from Ufa to Phuket was delayed due to the need for additional technical work to prepare the aircraft. Now the board is ready, passengers are going to take off, which is scheduled at 22:00 Moscow time. During the waiting period for departure, passengers were provided with service in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations, hotel accommodation was organized for everyone, drinks and meals were provided. The airline apologizes to the passengers of this flight for the inconvenience caused.”
