According to TASS, Stavropol airport has temporarily closed: today, on March 19, aviagavan will not accept and send flights until at least 18:00.
As stated by the governor Stavropol Territory Vladimir Vladimirov, damage to the asphalt pavement of the runway was found at the airport. The damage area is about 30 square meters.
“The situation is not critical, but it is necessary to restore the lane,” the governor said.
Incoming planes will be redirected to Mineralnye Vody Airport.
