Residents of Kursk and Belgorod regions will be able to return air tickets

Aeroflot has provided an opportunity for passengers living in the Kursk and Belgorod regions to return or reissue their ticket.

“Aeroflot provides an opportunity for passengers living in the Kursk and Belgorod regions to reissue an air ticket for free with the route saved for any other date or to make a forced refund of the cost of transportation (including in a situation of forced non-appearance on a flight) during the validity period of the ticket,” the Aeroflot press service said.

It is clarified that the right can be used if the tickets were issued before 08/07/2024 for flights with a departure date in the period from 08/07/2024 to 09/06/2024 inclusive.

A forced refund of the cost of transportation should be made at the place of purchase of the ticket.
