The Venezuelan government has told employees of its diplomatic institutions in Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Panama, Peru and Uruguay to return back to Venezuela, expelled representatives of these states from their country, and also canceled more than 300 commercial flights.

In which countries are there failures in the work of the consular network?
