Do I need a visa to travel to Nicaragua?

2. Rentista visa: There are no age restrictions for applying for this visa. However, the minimum monthly income required to apply for this visa is $750. This income can be obtained in any legal way;

3. Investor visa: The program is designed for investors. Investments can be made in any sector. The minimum amount is $30,000. It can be used to purchase land, any real estate, or any other purpose.

Regardless of which residence permit you are applying for, there are certain documents that you will need to provide:

– foreign and regular passport;

– birth certificate;

– a certificate of health status;

– a certificate of non-criminal record;

– marriage certificate (if available).

After that, the documents must be translated into Spanish and certified by a notary public. After the transfer, you will need to travel to Nicaragua to apply for a residence permit. This can be done at the migration office.
