According to the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Antalya, the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Turkish Coast Guard continue to search for a tourist from the Russian Federation who disappeared on August 17 near the resort of Marmaris.
As previously reported, Russian Natalia S. arrived at the resort from Moscow on August 11, and on the morning of August 17 she left the hotel in sports clothes and went to the popular Kara trail in the mountains. The 48-year-old woman did not return from her walk. On August 19, she was supposed to return to Russia. When the relatives of the tourist could not contact her, they turned to the hotel and travel agency for help.
The diplomats of the Consulate General are in contact with the Turkish authorities and the tour operator with whom the Russian woman arrived in Turkey. So far, her search remains fruitless.
