According to the Turdom portal, at Pulkovo airport in St. Petersburg last Friday, a special cargo truck with food damaged the wing of an airplane with passengers on board.
According to the portal, we are talking about the Victory plane, which took off in Novosibirsk. The driver of the special cargo truck, which delivers on-board meals, made an unsuccessful maneuver, “as a result of which the end of the aircraft wing was damaged.” At that moment, the airliner was preparing for departure, the passengers were in the cabin.
The passengers were returned to the terminal, and an hour later they set off on a backup aircraft.
The Western Interregional Investigation Department for Transport of the IC of the Russian Federation is checking what happened.
