Air Arabia expands the geography of flights to Europe and the Maldives

Air Arabia expands flight routes to Europe and the Maldives, offering more options for travelers.

Air Arabia, the first and largest low–cost airline in the Middle East, will begin operating flights on two new routes – to the Maldives and Austria.

Flights from Sharjah International Airport to the International Airport of the capital of Maldives – Male (Velana International) will be operated on a daily basis starting from October 27. The flight program is organized in such a way that tourists flying to the Maldives on flights from Russia have the most convenient and short connection in Sharjah. For example, passengers can take off from Domodedovo International Airport at 00:20 Moscow time, be at Sharjah Airport at 07:00, and fly to Male at 08:00. Also, convenient connecting flights on Air Arabia wings are available from Yekaterinburg, Ufa, Samara and Kazan.

Flights from Russia to Vienna, the capital of Austria, will be launched a little later – starting from December 20, 2024, so passengers can get to Christmas fairs and New Year’s concerts at the Vienna Opera. Vienna, a UNESCO-listed museum city, will become another historical European destination after Bergamo in Italy and Athens in Greece, where Air Arabia already flies. Flights to Vienna from 5 Russian cities – Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Ufa and Samara will also be conveniently connected: in 55 minutes at the compact Sharjah airport, you can board and even drink coffee.
