Aeroflot Group sums up the results of summer transportation through Krasnoyarsk. From June to August, the Group’s companies* transported more than 635 thousand passengers through the Siberian hub, which is 45% more than last summer. 540 thousand passengers were transported on domestic air lines to/from Krasnoyarsk International Airport, which is 38% more than in the summer of 2023.
This summer, Aeroflot offered flights from Krasnoyarsk to 34 destinations, of which 24 were domestic. The most popular routes are:
- domestic flights: Moscow – 189.5 thousand passengers were transported, Sochi — 68.5 thousand, St. Petersburg – 52.9 thousand, Blagoveshchensk — 38.4 thousand, Irkutsk — 34.4 thousand.
- international flights: Bishkek — 14.9 thousand passengers, Tashkent — 13.4 thousand, Osh — 13 thousand, Phuket — 12.7 thousand, Almaty — 12.4 thousand.
Aeroflot opened a hub at Krasnoyarsk International Airport named after D.A. Hvorostovsky in June 2021. Aeroflot Group is constantly expanding its presence in Siberia, offering residents of the region direct flights to popular Russian and international destinations. Earlier, the airline announced the sale of tickets under an interline agreement with the regional carrier KrasAvia. Aeroflot’s route network from Krasnoyarsk has been expanded with 19 new destinations at the expense of the partner airline.
