The sales of the last – 10th floor have opened in the apart–hotel

The multifunctional complex from the Formula City development company on the embankment of the Obvodny Canal within walking distance from the Baltiyskaya metro station has already begun work. Residents of retail, cafes and restaurants are preparing their premises for opening. There is a pre-booking of apartments, meeting rooms, coworking, conference room and office space.

“The tenth floor of Well is the last and attractive in many characteristics. There are 86 apartments on the floor, units ranging from 29 to 80 square meters, and, of course, magnificent views of St. Petersburg. On the opening day of sales, 10 apartments have already been booked, but there is still a choice, the main thing is to make an appointment for viewing,” said Denis Rozanov, head of sales at the Well apart-hotel.

Recall that the infrastructure of the 10-storey multifunctional complex includes an apartment hotel, a spacious lobby, a coworking area and office space with the possibility of organizing VR negotiations, as well as an exhibition of young artists, a balanced nutrition restaurant and a cafe for every taste, a daily health food store and a representative office of the innovative preventive medicine resort “First Line”.

The minimum entry threshold for the Well project starts from 7.8 million rubles.
