What does the event program include?
Day 1 (October 30th): arrival and registration
- Check-in at the hotel.
- Welcome reception.
Day 2 (October 31st): PropTech day and preparation for the regatta
- The 2nd European Conference on Investments and PropTech.
- Barcelona Architecture tour (on request).
- Cava tasting (on request).
- Opening ceremony, CAPTAIN&YACHT draw.
Day 3 (November 1): training and the first stage of the regatta
- A theoretical course in sailing.
- Practical exercises.
- The first stage of the regatta: Windward Leeward Course.
Day 4 (November 2nd): the second stage of the regatta and the final events
- The second stage of the regatta: Triangle Course.

- Charity dinner for the benefit of Hospital Sant Joan de Déu (SJD).

- 1580 EUR per person for double occupancy
- 1620 EUR per person for single occupancy
Important: These special prices are only available to members of Realting, MIPIF, One Executive Club. Tax (21% IVA) is not included in the price for corporate clients.
