According to him, these can be installments with a low down payment, subsidizing market mortgages, for example, for the construction period, various promotions.
“The decline in demand and the reduction in construction volumes are now going on in parallel, so we do not expect sharp market fluctuations. And in the long term, the current market situation is likely to lead to a traditional increase in real estate prices – as has happened many times during numerous economic crises,” the expert predicts.
