Despite the increase in targeting, the “Family mortgage” remains the main driver of demand in the primary residential real estate market.
This was announced by Alexey Leipi, Director of the Domclick division of Sberbank.
According to him, in August, the share of loans under this program amounted to 85.7% of the total number of loans for new buildings – the highest figure in the entire history of observations.
“It is worth noting that the geography of disbursements under the program in the segment of housing under construction has changed slightly: most (62.1%) of transactions are still concluded in the largest regions of the country. Whereas in the regions that are subject to extended conditions, the level of demand is still small: in August, they accounted for only 16%,” the expert added.
