Sberbank’s Domclick analysts have compiled the top largest regions of Russia, where, according to data from the beginning of August, the most inexpensive secondary housing is being sold.

The leader of the August rating of regions with the most affordable secondary housing was the Perm Region, where the median cost per square meter was 77.1 thousand rubles.

The top 5 regions with the lowest prices for secondary real estate also included the Chelyabinsk Region (81.5 thousand rubles), the Republic of Bashkortostan (86.2 thousand rubles), the Volgograd Region (89.4 thousand rubles) and the Samara Region (95.6 thousand rubles).
