The Expert Council of the Committee for Urban Planning Policy of the Leningrad Region has agreed on the architectural appearance for the dormitory of the staff of the P.P. Kashchenko Psychiatric Hospital in the Gatchina district.
The project is being developed according to the assignment approved by the Committee for the Construction of St. Petersburg by Mir company.
The dormitory building will be eight-storied with 120 apartments, with a total area of 7.7 thousand square meters. m. Walking paths and playgrounds will be located on its territory, trees and shrubs will be planted. The total area of landscaping of the territory reaches 34%. The entrance to the courtyard from the adjacent territory is through two arches.
