Over 11 thousand children will be able to go to preschool institutions, buildings for which are being built with the involvement of funds from infrastructure budget loans.
This was announced by Ilshat Shagiakhmetov, Director General of the PPK “Fund for the Development of Territories”.
“In six regions – Kursk, Lipetsk, Moscow, Ryazan, Yaroslavl and Vologda regions – 21 kindergartens have already been put into operation. Together, they are designed to attend 5,390 pupils. In total, 43 kindergartens will be built at the expense of IBK. 11,124 preschoolers will be able to study there,” he said.
The mechanism of infrastructure budget loans is included in the socio-economic initiative of the Government “Infrastructure Menu”. In 2022, IBC funds in the amount of 1 trillion rubles were distributed among 83 subjects of the Russian Federation to create and implement more than 950 infrastructure facilities and activities. The operator of the IBC program is the Territorial Development Fund.
