Non-residential facilities have been vacated in twelve districts of St. Petersburg

Over the past two weeks, the staff of the Property Control Committee of St. Petersburg‑St. Petersburg (CCI) released 44 illegally used non-residential facilities, of which 19 were forcibly released, and another 25 were voluntarily released by users at the request of the CCI.

The total area of the vacated property was about 2,000 square meters. The events were held in Admiralteysky, Vasileostrovsky, Kirovsky, Kolpinsky, Krasnoselsky, Moskovsky, Nevsky, Petrogradsky, Petrodvorets, Primorsky, Frunzensky and Central districts.

During inspections of non-residential facilities, their illegal use was revealed without the availability of appropriate title documents. In particular, the premises were used for flower shops, cafes, vehicle storage, workshops, beauty salons, as well as residential and warehouse purposes.

Lease agreements were previously concluded for half of the facilities, but they were subsequently terminated. The remaining objects of the non-residential fund were used without registration of property rights to them and without concluding relevant agreements with the city.

Currently, all premises have been completely vacated, sealed and sealed, the keys have been transferred to the district housing agencies for storage.
