The second place in the top is occupied by the Moskovsky district with an indicator of 10.6% of the total market volume. The third line of the rating was shared by Vyborg and Nevsky districts with the same indicator of 8.9%.
At the same time, the minimum number of typical objects offered for rent is represented in Petrogradsky (3.2%) and Kirovsky (2.1%) districts.
