At a meeting of the St. Petersburg Urban Planning Commission in June this year, a project for the construction of a residential complex in the Moskovsky district of the city was approved.
LLC Specialized Developer Physics Estate applied to the GRC with a project for an apartment ten-storey building with built-in premises and an underground parking lot on Zastavskaya Street. The total area of apartments in this residential complex will be 5792 sq. m. m excluding balconies and loggias.
As part of the implementation of this project, the developer is recommended to transfer one one-room apartment to the ownership of the city free of charge and to improve the entrance and exit from Zastavskaya Street, as well as the sidewalk along the eastern border of the project territory.
