Governor Alexander Beglov and President-Chairman of PJSC VTB Bank Andrey Kostin signed an agreement of intent between the city and the bank on the implementation of a project for the construction of a concert and theater complex in St. Petersburg within the framework of SPIEF 2024.
“Innovative technologies will be used to equip the new concert venue. St. Petersburg is a museum city, and at the same time it is developing as a metropolis of the XXI century. We are creating new masterpieces, implementing unique projects with the preservation of historical heritage. The new concert hall will become a cultural monument of our time,” the governor said.
“There are many cultural points of attraction in St. Petersburg, but there is definitely not enough multidisciplinary platform capable of satisfying the demanding demand of the modern viewer. As a strategic partner of St. Petersburg‑We are ready to implement the project and invest all our experience and expertise in it, so that the concert and theater complex becomes a new business card not only of the city, but also of Russia,” said Andrey Kostin.
