The passport program is officially closed
The European Commission demanded that the project be curtailed, because, according to Brussels, it increased the risk to the security of EU countries.
Recall that the Citizenship by Investment program of Montenegro was launched in 2019 in order to attract foreign capital and increase economic activity in the country.
The minimum investment amount was 450,000 -650,000 euros, depending on the facility, of which 200,000 euros accounted for an irrevocable contribution to the state fund.
But do not be discouraged! The country still issues a residence permit for the purchase of real estate, the cost of the object, as before, does not matter.
