According to the real estate and consulting company analysts Metrium, the average cost of three-bedroom apartments in new buildings in Moscow from April 2023 to April 2024 increased by 19.4% – from 37.9 million to 45.2 million rubles. This amount is comparable to the cost of many luxury items.
Analysts of Metrium compared the cost of a “three-piece” in Moscow with the cost of extravagant real estate, art and entertainment items that the owner of 45 million rubles can afford (this is about 500 thousand dollars).
