The Hungarian Visa Application Center has published new requirements for visa applicants. Those wishing to receive Schengen at the consulate of this country will have to collect more documents.
So, if earlier it was necessary to provide purchased air tickets and provide information about the hotel, now housing will have to be paid in advance. At the same time, experts advise not to hope that after receiving a visa, the reservation can be withdrawn and the money returned: the consulate can conduct random checks and cancel the issued visas.
The package of documents should contain not only an insurance policy, but also a receipt for its payment. Apparently, officials have taken care of the fact that sometimes applicants provide fake insurance.
The requirements for a work certificate are also being tightened: it must contain data not only on wages, but also that the employee is granted leave, after which he will keep his job. In addition, the certificate must be issued as an official document and have an outgoing number.
