Russians are outraged by the new receipts for the maintenance of gas equipment.
No one is going to provide any additional services to citizens, and the prices for maintenance of VKGO and VDGO have soared tenfold. Formally, Gazprom has nothing to do with it: after all, prices are raised by its “daughters” – all kinds of “mezhregiongaz” and other offices with similar names. Each of them is a monopolist in its region. In fact, people are being forced to pay several times more than before for the very opportunity to use gas stoves, heating and water heating boilers. Those who will not pay more than 2,000 rubles for a piece of paper with the word “examined” are threatened to turn off the gas. Outraged Russians flooded the State Duma with complaints. The deputies appealed to the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin for justification of prices and calculations.
Let’s remind, VKGO – indoor gas equipment, VDGO – indoor. Since this year, Russians have started receiving separate receipts for the maintenance of gas equipment in apartments and were left unpleasantly amazed by the figures in the receipts and the calculation method itself. Residents from various regions (everyone has gone up in price, but some have it more) splash out their indignation on social networks, on forums, and try to reach the authorities.
“Previously, I paid 71 rubles for the maintenance of the VDGO in a private house. Now they have brought a receipt for three months for 2,318 rubles,” Viktor from the Samara region is indignant. Pensioners generally cry like this: “I live alone. So far, I have paid 127 rubles for the service. And yesterday they brought a receipt – 1005 rubles, it seems, for three months. How do I live on my pension? I’m crying!”
It is necessary to pay for the maintenance of gas equipment (in fact, it is not carried out every month) on a monthly basis. People have calculated that in a year there is a “tribute” to Gazprom’s “daughters” in the amount of 7,500 rubles and above, depending on the number of people in an apartment or a private house. What is the money for?
“What should we pay for? For once, maybe a locksmith will come and smear the taps with soap foam from my own soap? Then he will draw up an act and ask you to sign for the fact that he carried out maintenance?” – Russians are inundated with such comments about the increase in gas equipment maintenance fees.
The Federal Antimonopoly Service has joined the problem of inflating prices for gas maintenance. Thus, in relation to LLC Srednevolzhskaya Gas Company and JSC Samaragaz, the regional Federal Antimonopoly Service initiated cases of violation of antimonopoly legislation.
The deputies of the State Duma, who were inundated by voters with complaints of outright robbery by gas workers, issued a resolution “On the appeal of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation ” To the Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation I.E. Fayzullin on the validity of “Methodological guidelines for calculating the amount of maintenance fees for indoor gas equipment in an apartment building, as well as for the maintenance of indoor gas equipment in a residential building.”
Why Fayzullina? Because the Ministry of Construction should regulate tariffs. The deputies proposed to urgently deal with the reduction of tariffs and restoring order: “In order to reduce social tension.” Because people are worried. Maybe the pot of people’s anger will boil over…
Of course, the profit from these inflated tariffs for the maintenance of gas equipment in houses and apartments is not received by ordinary hardworking locksmiths, but by top managers and other superiors. It’s time to call the top managers of the gas monopolist to account for the “national treasure” and for such an attitude towards their people! And the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services should take more care of ordinary consumers, rather than lobby for the interests of various service providers.
The Ministry of Construction has already replied to the State Duma that “the Ministry of Construction of Russia is analyzing cases of unjustified overstatement of gas equipment maintenance fees in certain regions.”
Unjustified overestimation is actually observed in all regions of Russia. But in some areas, prices have generally been increased by 20 times. People already flatly refuse to sign contracts for the maintenance of gas equipment. And what is the risk?
Right! Gas explosions in residential buildings!
